Sharing a few portraits I made of a lovely family recently. I learnt in this shoot that some times we come with some preconceptions about a technique and idea and if we allow that to rule our head you fail to see other options and opportunities. Like here I was so impressed by ISO capabilities of the camera that I decided not to use a flash and the images looked good at the back of the camera as well. But when I reached home and pulled them up on my system I could see in some images I should have used a flash to fill light. Rookie mistake.
